What Do I Do to Keep Fit?

To keep fit, I do a combination of physical activities that help me stay healthy, strong, and flexible. One of the main things I practice is pole dance, which is not only a fun and artistic activity, but also an intense workout. It challenges my strength, especially in my arms, and improves my coordination and balance. Pole dance has also helped me gain more confidence in myself and appreciate my body for what it can do.

In addition to pole dance, I go to the gym several times a week. There, I do a mix of cardio and strength training exercises. Cardio helps me improve my endurance and heart health, while weight training helps me build muscle and become stronger. Going to the gym is part of my weekly routine and it gives me structure and motivation to keep pushing myself.

Another important activity for my fitness is working on my flexibility. I do stretches and flexibility exercises, usually after my workouts or during specific flexibility sessions. Being flexible helps me in both pole dance and the gym, as it prevents injuries and allows me to move better and with more control.

Doing these three activities regularly keeps me physically fit, but also improves my mental well-being. They help me release stress, stay focused, and feel proud of my progress. I believe that fitness should be something you enjoy, and for me, combining pole dance, gym, and flexibility is the perfect mix to stay in shape and feel good.
